2025 YSC Oyster and Pig Roast

Come join us for our legendary Spring Oyster & Pig Roast. For over 50 years, this party has been a staple of the Virginia Beach scene. We’ll rock you with music from Ready Steady Go and the Boneshakers.

Enjoy beer and wine, along with oysters, whole hog BBQ, chili, clam chowder, chicken and more! This event will go on RAIN OR SHINE*.

NO ONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE – THAT INCLUDES BABIES. There will be a 100% ID check to enter State Military Reservation.

Great News! We have been informed that the Real ID requirement for base entry will NOT be enforced.  A valid driver's license or another valid form of federal ID—such as a passport—is all that’s needed. We extend our sincere thanks to the Base Commander for allowing this and deeply appreciate our decades-long partnership. 

TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. NO OUTSIDE GRILLS, FIRE PITS, ANIMALS OR SMALL CHILDREN PERMITTED AT THE EVENT.
